LOC SMS - Releasing as "Stuck" Operator

Synopsis: If for some reason, an operator needs to move to another lane and they receive an error when logging in, this guide will show you how to release them from the previous session.

1. On the Back-office server, log into SMS with a user with Assistant or higher permissions.

2. Click on the Manage tab.

3. In the main area, click on "Free" next to the operator that needs to be released. Once they disappear from the list, they can log into the appropriate lane. In this example, we could release User 77.
