GLDS Training Step-By-Step
This guide is meant to show the process for rebooting/restarting a pin-pad that is not connecting to the POS software.
Verifone M400
Press and hold the red X and the green O until you see the following screen:
Tap reboot.
Once the pin-pad has returned to the slideshow, restart your POS software to resynch.
Ingenico Lane/7000
Press and hold the yellow arrow and the # keys until the screen says rebooting.
When the pin-pad returns to the logo screen, restart your POS software to resynch.
